In 1999, after 30 years of international language consulting for Fortune 500 companies in Latin America, Spain, and the U.S., Victoria C. Spellman founded VCS Translation and Interpretation Services, Inc. The company was formed as a family owned and operated language services agency that would provide culturally competent quality products. In the last four years, VCS's clientele has extended from the Tampa Bay area to Colombia, Costa Rica, Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico; and its staff has grown from 3 to 25, including contractors.

In addition to interpretation and document translation, VCS T&I Services, Inc. also provides a variety of language communication services including coordination and planning of multilingual conferences and seminars. We offer interpretation equipment rental, convention/seminar interpreters and planning services.
